Leads high-impact business operations initiatives, strategic decision-making, and the company-wide OKR process while partnering with executives and cross-functional teams. Requires 8–10+ years of experience, including consulting, investment banking, private equity/venture capital, or high-growth technology experience.

Responsibilities
- Partner with leaders across product and engineering, go-to-market, operations, and support to inform strategic decisions and prioritize initiatives.
- Own high-value initiatives and open questions end to end, from problem definition through solution implementation.
- Own the company’s OKR process, including designing the goal-setting framework, facilitating cross-functional alignment, managing the portfolio of initiatives, reporting progress and risks to the executive team, and driving selected key results to completion.
- Identify opportunities to improve company operations, partnering with the C-suite, Finance, and other Operations teams to support IPO readiness.
- Incubate and help run new functions and teams.
Requirements
- 8–10+ years of professional experience.
- 2+ years at a top-tier management consulting, investment banking, or private equity/venture capital firm.
- 2+ years at a high-growth technology company.
- Excellent analytical problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive insights and turn them into recommendations and action plans.
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Math, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or another quantitative field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize findings for varied audiences.
- Self-starter who can adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
- Highly organized and structured, with demonstrated ability to manage projects and processes end to end.
- Ability to build and maintain cross-functional relationships, manage competing priorities, and drive projects to completion.

- MBA or another advanced degree.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base pay range: $242,250–$325,500 per year.
- Additional compensation may include equity and/or commission, depending on the position offered.
- Comprehensive benefits include medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).
