Responsibilities

  • Serve as the trusted strategic partner to the Global Head of Sales, preparing board meetings, facilitating executive decision-making, and representing the sales organization with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Act as a strategic connector across Sales, GTM teams, EPD, Finance, People, and Legal to identify trends and improve alignment.
  • Lead cross-functional projects and forums, including sales organization planning and reporting.
  • Analyze the business and customer deployment opportunities to identify and recommend global sales strategies; own execution when appropriate.
  • Drive the sales rhythm of business, including weekly Sales Leads meetings, quarterly Sales Lead offsites, and regular sales-organization communications.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in senior sales or sales-adjacent leadership roles.
  • Experience working with, advising, and influencing senior executives.
  • Ability to move between strategic thinking and operational execution.
  • Strong organization and project management skills, with experience leading initiatives from inception through execution.
  • Ability to work independently, dive deeply into projects, and delegate effectively.
  • Previous success operating in fast-paced B2B SaaS environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including simplifying complex topics.
  • Self-starter and effective problem solver who applies first-principles thinking.
  • Familiarity with adopting AI tools to improve productivity.

Nice to Haves

  • Background in management consulting, strategy, or operations.
  • Experience working in GTM or reporting directly to the C-suite.
  • Experience supporting both product-led growth and enterprise sales motions.
  • Familiarity with Notion.
  • AI power user.

Compensation

  • Estimated total on-target earnings, including base salary and target incentive pay: $230,000–$280,000 per year for roles based in San Francisco or New York City.
  • Compensation, equity, and benefits vary based on location, role scope and complexity, and experience.
