Partner and Public Sector Events Marketing

Supports the operational execution of partner, Networks, and public sector events, managing logistics, vendors, assets, registrations, reporting, and onsite coordination. The role is suited to an early-career candidate with strong organization, attention to detail, and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

  • Own pre-show and post-show checklists for assigned events, tracking deadlines, owners, and status in Asana and the events calendar.
  • Manage booth assets, swag, and collateral, including inventory, shipping, tracking, returns, and reorders.
  • Handle vendor and purchasing paperwork, including purchase orders, invoices, vendor onboarding, W-9s, and certificates of insurance.
  • Maintain accurate budget trackers.
  • Submit and track requests for registration pages, pre-show and post-show emails, and Salesforce campaign setup.
  • Format post-show lead lists and compile registration, attendance, and scan data into standard reports.
  • Coordinate hotel blocks, badges, registrations, and attendee deadline reminders.
  • Provide onsite support for booth setup, teardown, and day-of coordination.
  • Track partner, Networks, and public sector program requirements, including sponsor commitments, association memberships, exhibitor and speaker submissions, procurement forms, and compliance documentation.

Requirements

  • 0–2 years of experience in marketing, events, hospitality, operations, or a related coordination role; internship and campus event experience counts.
  • Strong organizational skills and experience managing checklists, trackers, and deadlines.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Clear, responsive written communication with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Comfort with spreadsheets and willingness to learn marketing and event-registration tools.
  • Dependable under pressure and able to adapt when plans change.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift or move event materials up to 40 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%, including occasional weekends, early mornings, and late evenings.

  • Experience with Salesforce, Marketo, Asana, or event registration platforms.

Compensation and Benefits

  • ATS-listed compensation range: $54,000–$86,000 USD.
  • Benefits may include health, pharmacy, optical and dental care, paid time off, sick time off, short- and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, and 401(k) contributions, subject to eligibility.
  • Total compensation may include restricted stock units for certain roles.
