Responsibilities
- Conduct SEO audits of client websites in English and Spanish, including keyword, local, and technical recommendations.
- Perform keyword research, local audits, and competitive analysis across English- and Spanish-language search markets.
- Understand and implement technical SEO audits and changes.
- Optimize client sites for AI search surfaces, including AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Copilot, alongside traditional organic search.
- Strengthen E-E-A-T signals through structured data, entity optimization, and author authority.
- Monitor LLM and AI referral traffic and translate emerging patterns into client recommendations.
- Recommend and implement site migration strategies.
- Track, report, and analyze the impact of SEO recommendations.
- Collaborate with Account Managers and client stakeholders on SEO strategy.
- Communicate with clients through meetings, email, and tickets in English and Spanish, adapting tone and terminology for regional and cultural context.
- Use AI tools such as Claude to accelerate audits, keyword research, and content briefs.
- Share SEO knowledge with the Sites team, Account Managers, product team, and others.
- Work with Project Coordinators and SEO Strategists to meet deadlines and milestones.
- Build customer-focused SEO reports and audits with conversion outcomes in mind.
- Become an authority on the in-house WordPress theme, including its capabilities and limitations.
- Stay current on SEO and AI search trends, algorithm updates, and website best practices.
- Provide feedback to the Product team on existing and future features.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in digital marketing or SEO.
- Full professional fluency in written and spoken Spanish and English.
- Familiarity with AEO/GEO concepts and content surfacing in AI-driven search.
- Comfort using AI assistants such as Claude and ChatGPT in daily SEO workflows.
- Strong creative, strategic, analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Ability to identify and resolve problems, work independently and collaboratively, and take ownership of projects.
- Strong attention to detail and critical thinking about increasing website conversions.
- Experience with Google Analytics.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with Excel, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Ahrefs.
- Experience with DNS or Data Studio.
- Understanding of schema.org and structured data implementation.
- Experience managing client portfolios and communications.
- SEO experience in Spanish-language markets, including Mexico, Central and South America, Spain, or the US Hispanic market.
- Experience with content management systems such as Weebly, Wix, Joomla, Squarespace, GoDaddy, Cloudflare, or WordPress.
- Experience with HTML and CSS.

- $25.95-$38.93 per hour, plus 10% bonus potential.
