Responsibilities
- Partner with Enterprise prospects to understand their business, challenges, and growth goals through Google Meet, email, live chat, and phone.
- Manage complex sales opportunities from first conversation through negotiation and close.
- Prospect into strategic accounts and build an individual pipeline alongside inbound opportunities.
- Lead tailored product demonstrations and executive-level presentations for multiple stakeholders.
- Become a trusted advisor and product expert for evolving software.
- Manage pipeline and forecast accurately in HubSpot.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Onboarding to deliver an exceptional buying experience.
- Create and test outbound messaging, sequences, and sales plays to improve conversion.
- Achieve quarterly revenue targets while maintaining a consultative, customer-first approach.
- Understand the operational challenges of professional short-term rental managers and bring customer feedback to the team.
- Work closely with the onboarding team to ensure a smooth transition from signed contract to successful launch.
- Provide feedback on the sales process to support continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Enterprise B2B SaaS sales.
- Proven track record managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and a constant drive to improve.
- Experience selling complex, solution-based software.
- Experience navigating long sales cycles and multiple decision-makers.
- Experience prospecting and creating an outbound pipeline.
- Native or bilingual proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Ability to work Monday through Friday in North American time zones, particularly Pacific or Eastern Time.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience as an Airbnb host or working with short-term rental businesses.
- Experience with HubSpot, Intercom, Airbnb, short-term rentals, vacation rentals, or startups.
- Consultative, customer-first sales approach.
- Ability to seek feedback, challenge the status quo, and take ownership in a flat organization.
Compensation and Benefits
- Total budget of USD $101,000–$127,600, depending on location cost of living.
- For US employees, compensation of USD $93,097.15–$117,615.80.
- Quarterly commission structure based on new business MRR, with the possibility of earning USD $80,000 in annual commission.
- Company equity options through the $HOST token (RSUs), with a grant value of up to $23,200.
- Eligibility for up to USD $316,452 annually in Performance Share Units, tied to defined business performance targets.
- 35 days off per year, including self-serve public holidays, plus parental leave.
