Responsibilities
- Establish a long-term vision and plan for net-new logo pipeline generation.
- Deliver revenue targets and support year-over-year territory growth.
- Develop and execute account strategies to generate pipeline, drive sales opportunities, and deliver predictable bookings.
- Build relationships with leaders and decision-makers in prospect accounts.
- Scope, negotiate, and close agreements to meet or exceed revenue quotas.
- Leverage Okta partners and the broader partner ecosystem to identify new opportunities.
- Collaborate with xDRs, Partners, Presales, Customer First, and other internal teams.
- Use a value-based sales approach to bring compelling points of view to customers.
- Travel as necessary to build and cultivate customer and prospect relationships.
Requirements
- 8+ years of success growing revenue for sophisticated, complex enterprise SaaS products.
- Ability to evangelize, educate, and create demand with C-level decision-makers.
- Experience navigating complex sales cycles with multiple customer and internal stakeholders.
- Proven success selling to C-suite audiences and building stakeholder alignment.
- Significant experience selling with GSIs and the wider partner ecosystem.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for audiences with varied technical aptitudes.
- Confident, self-driven, collaborative, and humble working style.
- Expertise with a sales framework such as MEDDICC, Challenger, or Sandler.
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual on-target compensation: $288,000–$396,000 USD for candidates in the San Francisco Bay Area and other listed eligible locations.
- Equity may be available.

- In-person onboarding is required during the first week at the San Francisco, CA headquarters or Chicago, IL office.
