Regional Sales Manager, SLED
Regional sales manager responsible for winning and expanding midsize enterprise and higher-education accounts in the SLED segment. The role requires 8+ years of SaaS or cloud B2B sales experience, territory success, and strong IT or security sales expertise.

Responsibilities
- Manage the sales process from product demonstration through contract negotiation.
- Expand business within existing customers by building long-term strategic relationships with key accounts.
- Develop and execute an assigned quota and territory plan.
- Prospect, forecast, and build and maintain a sales pipeline with assigned Sales Development Representatives.
- Present to C-level executives in the field and through web demonstrations.
- Partner with ISVs and strategic partners to win revenue.
Requirements
- 8+ years of related experience in a SaaS or cloud B2B environment.
- Proven success selling to midsize and/or enterprise customers in a territory.
- Proven experience selling to SLED, with a focus on targeted higher-education accounts.
- ISV or channel experience strongly preferred.
- IT or security sales experience strongly preferred.
- Ability to travel 25%.
- BS/BA degree preferred or equivalent experience.

Compensation
- Annual on-target compensation: $288,000–$396,000 USD.
