You Will
- Partner with the Chief People Officer, People Team, and leaders across Altana to ensure talent acquisition is a strategic catalyst for Altana's growth.
- Lead and mentor Altana's existing team of recruiters as a hands-on player-coach, modeling best-in-class recruiting and setting the team up to succeed.
- Help shape and execute a global talent acquisition strategy that matches Altana's quality standards, operating speed, and business complexity.
- Own executive search and end-to-end recruitment on critical, high impact roles, partnering with a vetted ecosystem of trusted external partners where needed.
- Equip the team to partner with senior leaders on workforce planning, department-specific hiring strategies, and building robust talent pipelines that accelerate business objectives.
- Drive excellence across the full recruiting lifecycle (from market positioning and employer branding to sourcing, screening, and closing), ensuring an exceptional candidate experience and a diverse, high-quality pipeline through an equitable, inclusive process.
- Advance operational excellence in the Talent function, leveraging data, metrics, and scalable systems (including AI-powered tools and automation) to improve efficiency, accountability, and impact.
- Support talent strategy and execution for continued global expansion across NYC, DC, London, and remote teams.
You Have
- 12+ years in talent acquisition, including 4+ years leading and developing recruiting teams, ideally in high growth tech environments.
- Proven success leading end-to-end Talent Acquisition strategy and operations in a high-growth, fast-scaling, tech environment (preferably with added complexity such as AI, fintech, data platforms, supply chain, or public-sector).
- Proven track record and passion for the art and science of recruiting, with a desire to still be hands on with critical, high-impact roles.
- Strategic business partner with the ability to collaborate closely with senior stakeholders, identifying data-driven insights on talent acquisition lifecycle to drive improvements in our talent strategy and execution.
- Demonstrated track record of building and leading high-performing, global recruiting teams in a high-impact culture.
- Deep experience in full-lifecycle recruiting, executive search, and data-driven talent sourcing strategies.
- Experience leading transformation efforts, aligning talent acquisition efforts with new and emerging technology such as AI-powered processes and automation to accelerate business objectives.
Compensation
US Salary Range: $250,000 - $300,000 USD (base salary; competitive equity grants and discretionary bonus included in total compensation for most full-time offers).
