Responsibilities

  • Own Business Recruiting strategy across Operations, Growth, Partnerships, Marketing, Finance, Legal, People, and Provider and Clinical teams.
  • Translate business priorities into workforce plans, recruiting strategy, and capacity decisions.
  • Lead and develop senior Business Recruiters, setting standards for recruiting craft, sourcing, judgment, execution, and business partnership.
  • Partner with senior leaders on talent strategy, organizational design, profiles, leveling, compensation, and hiring decisions.
  • Raise the bar on sourcing and talent advisory through market mapping, targeted outbound, pipeline discipline, and informed recommendations.
  • Personally lead select critical and high-impact searches from market definition through close.
  • Define recruiting performance metrics, diagnose issues, and translate outcomes into business decisions.
  • Evolve recruiting programs including referrals, interviewer certification, internal mobility, Bar Raiser expansion, and AI-enabled workflows.
  • Build the team and leadership bench needed to scale.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of recruiting experience, including significant experience supporting business or non-technical functions in a fast-moving company.
  • Proven experience managing experienced recruiters, raising standards, developing talent, and addressing underperformance.
  • Experience leading recruiters who own senior stakeholders, business units, or complex hiring portfolios.
  • Deep experience with search strategy, market mapping, sourcing, assessment, stakeholder management, and closing.
  • Track record of personally leading complex, high-impact, and senior-level searches.
  • Strong data fluency and operating discipline.
  • Strong executive judgment and influence, including challenging senior leaders and shaping talent strategy.
  • Experience translating business priorities into workforce and recruiting strategies.
  • Comfort operating in a high-growth environment with strategic and hands-on responsibilities.

Nice to Have

  • Experience building or scaling recruiting programs beyond core delivery.
  • Experience using modern recruiting technology, including AI, to improve sourcing, decision-making, and team effectiveness.

  • Base compensation: $189,000–$231,000 USD annually.
