Responsibilities
- Hire, coach, and develop a team of Talent Partners, setting goals, providing feedback, and building recruiting capacity.
- Design and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with growth plans, hiring forecasts, and workforce planning.
- Establish scalable recruiting processes from intake and sourcing through offer and close, including interview kits, scorecards, and hiring-manager training.
- Own recruiting KPIs such as time-to-fill, pipeline conversion, source of hire, offer acceptance rate, and cost per hire; use data to improve processes and forecast hiring needs.
- Advise executives and hiring managers on role scoping, leveling, compensation benchmarking, and hiring decisions.
- Evaluate and optimize ATS and sourcing tools, including AI tools, to improve efficiency and candidate experience.
- Ensure a consistent, high-quality candidate experience and strengthen the company’s presence in the talent market.
Requirements
- 10+ years of talent acquisition experience.
- 3+ years managing and scaling a recruiting team.
- Strong people leadership skills, including hiring, coaching, motivating, and developing Talent Partners.
- Experience building or scaling a talent acquisition function, preferably in a high-growth startup or technology environment.
- Experience designing recruiting workflows, service-level agreements, and playbooks.
- Experience recruiting across technical and non-technical functions and levels, including senior and executive hires.
- Strong command of recruiting metrics and data-driven decision-making.
- Hands-on experience with modern ATS platforms and sourcing tools.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to partner strategically with executives.
Compensation
- US-based cash compensation range: $159,000–$215,000 annually.
- Compensation varies based on experience, education, certifications, skills, training, and market conditions.
