Responsibilities
- Design scalable, highly available infrastructure for AI platform deployments, including compute, storage, networking, security, enterprise integrations, Infrastructure as Code, multi-region high availability/disaster recovery, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Design multi-agent systems and implement agent logic using LangChain, LangGraph, or similar frameworks.
- Build comprehensive evaluation frameworks, optimize prompts through A/B testing, and guide deployment and operations.
- Lead technical maturity assessments and infrastructure audits for enterprise customers.
- Understand customer requirements, present technical recommendations, and partner with Engagement Managers and Product/Engineering teams.
- Balance infrastructure architecture, platform engineering, agent development, and customer engagement.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in hands-on, technical, customer-facing roles such as Solutions Architect or Forward Deployed Engineer.
- 3+ years designing and deploying production infrastructure on GCP, AWS, or Azure.
- Strong Kubernetes experience, including cluster design, autoscaling, and multi-zone deployments.
- Experience with Terraform, Helm, and GitOps practices.
- Knowledge of relational databases and in-memory data stores, including high availability, replication, backups, and sizing.
- Experience designing high-availability and disaster-recovery solutions.
- Strong understanding of networking, security, SSO/RBAC, TLS, secrets management, and observability.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure and applications.
- 1+ year building production AI/ML applications or agents.
- Experience with LLM frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph.
- Experience with state-management patterns, evaluation frameworks, prompt optimization, A/B testing, vector stores, RAG, tool integration, API design, and error handling.
- Strong Python and/or TypeScript development skills.
- Enterprise customer-facing experience and strong communication skills.
- Experience conducting technical assessments or infrastructure audits.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences and work cross-functionally.
Compensation
- $170,000–$215,000 base salary plus equity.
