Senior Consultant, Professional Services Federal and Enterprise Business
Provides technical leadership and delivers IAM architecture, integrations, and RSA implementations for complex U.S. Federal and enterprise engagements. Requires at least eight years of IAM consulting experience, public-sector expertise, an active Top Secret clearance with polygraph, and strong scripting and security knowledge.

Responsibilities
- Provide technical and consultative leadership for complex Federal and enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) engagements.
- Deliver technical architectural designs, strategies, and engagement plans.
- Lead pre-sales meetings and presentations, design workshops, IAM road maps, and enterprise integrations.
- Implement RSA solutions at customer sites; design, develop, implement, and test associated components.
- Serve as technical lead, plan and assign project work, and lead technical quality-assurance reviews.
- Establish relationships with client technical counterparts and participate in development-related client meetings.
- Resolve implementation issues with RSA Professional Services colleagues.
- Maintain activity, progress, time-management, project, margin, planning, and statement-of-work reports.
- Keep project managers informed of activities and issues.
- Travel and work flexible hours as required by customer implementation needs.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience in software consulting or IT services, focused on Identity and Access Management.
- Public-sector consulting and services experience with the U.S. Federal Government, including DoD or civilian agencies.
- Active Top Secret clearance with polygraph.
- Strong understanding of IAM domains, information security, and network security fundamentals.
- Strong API knowledge and scripting experience with Python or PowerShell.
- Experience with IAM products and technologies, including LDAP/AD, SAML, SSO, MFA, and PKI.
- Strong working knowledge of RSA products and cloud infrastructure.
- Hands-on experience with databases, Java, Linux, and Windows.
- Excellent customer-facing, written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Experience leading technical initiatives and mentoring peers.
Nice-to-Haves
- Development experience with Python, REST, or PowerShell.
- RHCE, CISSP, Security+, or ITIL certification.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay range: $170,000–$195,000.
- Eligible full-time, non-sales U.S. employees may receive annual discretionary bonuses based on prior-year company performance.
