Responsibilities
- Understand customer pain points and objectives, translating them into implementation and onboarding plans that demonstrate business value.
- Develop best practices, educational offerings, and content about error and performance management, open source, and Sentry functionality, including how-to articles and videos.
- Advise customers as a subject-matter expert on software instrumentation and engineering and monitoring best practices.
- Conduct workshop-level customer interactions to increase product maturity and adoption.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product and development teams to improve time to value and inform the product roadmap.
- Create solutions, resources, scripts, code samples, demos, and sales collateral from scratch.
Requirements
- 8+ years of combined Software Engineering and Solutions Engineering or Implementation experience.
- Hands-on experience with programming languages and frameworks such as JavaScript, Python, Node.js, Java, PHP, .NET, Ruby, React, React Native, and native mobile development for iOS and/or Android.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, knowledgeable approach.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $200,000–$240,000 USD.
- Eligible for employee benefits, incentive compensation, equity grants, paid time off, and group health insurance coverage.
