Responsibilities
- Own customer engagements from discovery through implementation, adoption, and go-live.
- Design and implement BigPanda solutions across workflows, integrations, data design, and production rollouts.
- Translate customer requirements into solution designs and technical roadmaps.
- Build integrations, data transforms, scripts, automations, and implementation tooling.
- Troubleshoot implementation risks and resolve complex customer requirements.
- Contribute reusable playbooks, best practices, and architecture patterns.
- Mentor newer Solutions Architects.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in post-sales technical architecture, consulting, or professional services.
- Strong knowledge of monitoring, observability, IT service management, and incident response platforms.
- Experience with event and alert schemas, tag and configuration-item modeling, query languages, and API-level integrations.
- Experience delivering enterprise implementations across multiple stakeholder groups.
- Ability to write and ship code in Python, Node.js, or similar languages.
- Strong architecture, whiteboarding, and technical documentation skills across multi-platform environments.
- Ability to connect technical decisions to business outcomes.
- Strong consultative communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Interest in mentoring, reusable assets, and process development.
- Familiarity with AI coding and agent tools such as Claude, Cursor, ChatGPT, or Copilot.

- Anticipated base compensation: $170,000–$200,000 USD annually.
