Responsibilities
- Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for design-system capabilities within the AI & App Experience team.
- Partner with Product Design and Engineering to evolve shared components, patterns, tooling, and infrastructure.
- Improve how product teams discover, adopt, and contribute to the design system while balancing consistency and flexibility.
- Translate internal product-builder needs into product priorities, requirements, and measurable outcomes.
- Drive alignment and tradeoffs across product areas and shared platform needs.
- Establish success measures using adoption, effectiveness, consistency, and business-impact signals.
- Explore how emerging AI capabilities can improve design, development, and maintenance of app experiences.
Requirements
- 8+ years of Product Management experience.
- Experience owning complex products, platforms, or internal systems from strategy through execution in a technology environment.
- Experience with design systems, developer platforms, UI frameworks, shared product infrastructure, or similar horizontal capabilities.
- Track record of turning ambiguous cross-functional problems into product strategy, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes.
- Strong partnership with Product Design and Engineering, including fluency in component architecture, platform constraints, user experience tradeoffs, and implementation decisions.
- Experience driving adoption of shared products or platforms across multiple teams and influencing stakeholders without direct authority.
- Experience using data, research, and customer or internal-user feedback to prioritize investments and assess product value.
- Experience balancing quality, consistency, scale, speed, and durable foundations.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary: $196,000–$255,000.
- Eligible for a bonus, equity package, and comprehensive benefits.
