Solutions Architect
Own technical customer relationships for Cohere across the UAE and wider MENA region, designing enterprise architectures and leading AI/LLM evaluations and pilots. The role requires 3+ years of customer-facing technical experience, strong communication, Python proficiency, and native-level Arabic.

Responsibilities
- Lead the technical discussion on customer calls and serve as the technical relationship owner.
- Design enterprise architectures for North deployments.
- Conduct deep dives into customer questions and Cohere technology.
- Facilitate customer evaluations and pilots, personally leading the design and deployment of pilots for strategic enterprise and government customers.
- Develop and document processes that enable the Solutions Architect and adjacent teams to scale effectively.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to align the offering with customer needs.
- Work with partners to develop strategies for enabling and accelerating their customers.
- Understand customer business objectives, map them to Cohere solutions, and gather feedback to improve products.
- Cultivate technical champions within customer organizations to drive adoption.
Requirements
- 3+ years of customer-facing technical pre-sales or post-sales experience as a Solutions Architect, Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Digital Strategy Consultant, or similar.
- Passion for generative AI and understanding of the strengths and weaknesses of generative LLMs and AI technologies.
- Familiarity with foundational machine learning concepts, including training and evaluation.
- Excellent communication skills with both executive and technical audiences.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous, uncharted environments and implement high-impact processes.
- Comfortable working with Python and assistive coding tools.
- Native-level Arabic proficiency.
- Must be based in Dubai, UAE.
Nice-to-haves
- 2+ years architecting, deploying, or consulting on NLP, AI, or LLM solutions.
