Responsibilities
- Partner with Account Executives to lead technical discovery, validate requirements, and map customer infrastructure to Cloudflare architectures.
- Define proof-of-concept and technical-validation plans, success criteria, deployment strategies, presentations, diagrams, and demonstrations.
- Address technical objections, security-compliance questions, and complex architectural requirements during sales cycles.
- Oversee technical onboarding and implementation while serving as the primary executive and engineering contact.
- Design migration and onboarding blueprints, including DNS migrations, Zero Trust rollouts, and WAF tuning guidance.
- Monitor customer health and telemetry, resolve integration bottlenecks, reduce deployment risk, and drive time-to-value.
- Carry a variable quota tied to new business and/or account growth; identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
- Lead technical QBRs and translate platform capabilities into business value and return on investment.
- Advise customers on architecture, AI control layers, security posture, and deployment confidence throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Use AI agents, LLMs, and internal platforms to automate RFP responses, security questionnaires, sandbox provisioning, telemetry monitoring, and documentation.
- Create and govern SOPs, architectural guidance, technical documentation, workshops, and enablement resources.
Requirements
- Fluency in English and Turkish and/or Arabic.
- Experience in a customer-facing technical role such as solutions engineering, customer engineering, professional services, sales engineering, technical account management, or forward-deployed engineering.
- Ability to design and clearly explain complex enterprise network and security architectures.
- Strong consultative, presentation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills, including communication with engineers and C-level executives.
- Experience in quota-carrying or revenue-aligned environments and understanding of SaaS metrics and enterprise sales cycles.
- Depth in at least four relevant technical areas, including internet fundamentals, security, performance, AI proficiency, coding/scripting, and developer platforms.
- Undergraduate or graduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Willingness to travel 20–50% for customer meetings, conferences, industry events, and team collaboration.
Nice-to-haves
- Technical enablement experience, including workshops, code samples, documentation, or developer onboarding.
- Experience with LLM orchestration, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, and model-access controls.
- Knowledge of PCI DSS, HIPAA, and SOC 2.
- Experience with hyperscalers, digital-native companies, distributed systems, or startups.
