Staff Product Manager

The Staff Product Manager will lead strategy, roadmap development, and execution for Calendly’s scheduling products, including AI-enabled experiences. The role requires 8–10 years of product management experience, SaaS product development expertise, and strong customer-focused product and UX judgment.

Responsibilities

  • Understand customer needs, craft a strategic product roadmap, and lead execution for a new product initiative.
  • Prioritize feature requirements and partner with Design, Research, and Engineering stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with marketing, customer success, sales, and finance to launch products across multiple customer segments.
  • Drive awareness, adoption, engagement, and retention for new use cases and product capabilities.
  • Define and measure objectives and key results (OKRs) and performance metrics to guide strategy and roadmap decisions.

Requirements

  • 8–10 years of varied product management experience across startups and scaled companies.
  • Strong product sense, UX design experience, and deep customer empathy.
  • Experience using AI/ML to create customer experiences is preferred.
  • Experience building 0-to-1 SaaS products and scaling products from 1-to-100 in a product-led-growth environment.
  • Demonstrated experience building and monetizing team-based productivity solutions in a B2C or B2B setting.
  • Ability to work in the San Francisco office two days per week.
  • Authorized to work in the United States without immigration sponsorship.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Annual base salary: $201,123–$254,361 USD.
  • Salary placement considers experience, skills, interview performance, location, and internal pay equity.
  • Full-time employees working at least 30 hours per week are eligible for equity awards and competitive benefits.
  • Occasional travel may be required for company events, collaboration, or offsites.
