Responsibilities
- Shape the future of Ironclad’s Editor tool and document platform, including leveraging AI where appropriate to drive customer and business outcomes.
- Become an industry expert on contract collaboration, editing, versioning, and review.
- Make strategic product trade-offs beyond replicating existing solutions.
- Conduct continuous user research and establish feedback loops.
- Partner with design and engineering to improve simplicity and extensibility in the user interface and underlying systems.
- Define and analyze key metrics to inform product prioritization and measure impact.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related quantitative discipline and 4 years of experience in the job offered or a related field; or
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related quantitative discipline and 6 years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or a related field.
