Staff Product Manager owning growth of new client acquisition and first bookings across awareness, consideration, conversion, referrals, and marketing technology. The role leads 0-to-1 bets, funnel experimentation, executive alignment, and cross-functional collaboration across Marketing, Client, Provider, and Payer teams.

Responsibilities

  • Own new client intake and first-booking growth across the platform.
  • Launch 0-to-1 initiatives and new channels, partnerships, and integrations, including wearables, direct-to-consumer lab testing, and health and technology platforms.
  • Lead SEO, answer engine optimization (AEO), and social strategies to increase awareness and consideration.
  • Improve website and app conversion by reducing friction and building confidence throughout the booking journey.
  • Develop referral experiences that encourage clients to introduce Grow to friends and loved ones.
  • Build marketing technology foundations supporting scalable testing and optimization of landing pages, emails, and campaigns.
  • Define product strategy, align executive stakeholders, drive execution, and raise the bar across the product organization.
  • Optimize the end-to-end funnel through rigorous experimentation.
  • Partner closely with Marketing, Client teams, Providers, and Payers.
