Responsibilities
Define and build products that help healthcare practices manage the financial side of patient care.
Own critical payments and revenue cycle experiences, including patient responsibility, payment collection, transaction reconciliation, and connections between payment activity and claims and remittance data.
Identify unmet customer needs, define product strategy, and build new capabilities from the ground up.
Set long-term vision while partnering closely with engineering, design, operations, finance, and go-to-market teams.
Drive cross-functional alignment and execution.
Develop a deep understanding of healthcare practices’ financial workflows through customer research, data analysis, and collaboration with internal teams.
Define the long-term product vision and strategy for payments within Practice Solutions.
Lead execution of complex products at scale.
Requirements
6+ years of product management experience building B2B products.
Meaningful product experience in healthcare insurance.
Familiarity with healthcare claims and remittance workflows, including the ability to read and interpret 835 and 837 files.
Experience working at a startup or early-stage company with high ownership, speed, ambiguity, and limited resources.
Track record of taking complex products from zero to one through customer problem identification, strategy, validation, launch, and iteration.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics and influence senior stakeholders.
