Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end product strategy and delivery for Grow's employer products, building an experience that meets the needs of both employers and employees.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Design, Enterprise Sales, and Data to identify opportunities to improve the existing employee experience and define future product features that are compelling for employers.
- Partner closely with VP of Enterprise, VP of Corp Dev and Finance to scale our Employer vertical.
- Manage our portfolio of live Employer accounts while building the next generation of employer product experiences.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience and 10+ years of relevant experience in Enterprise/B2B products.
- Comfortable leading product in ambiguous, fast-moving, cross-functional environments.
- Strong cross-functional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align diverse teams around a shared roadmap.
- Strong analytical skills, with comfort in data analysis and data-driven decision-making.
- Strong prioritization instincts — balancing short-term wins with long-term investments and focusing on what drives the most impact.
- Adaptable — comfortable navigating ambiguity, learning quickly, and adjusting as new information emerges.
- Excellent communicator, comfortable representing Grow Therapy in conversations with Employers.
