Systems Architect
Build and operate an AI-powered revenue operations stack by administering Salesforce, developing Apex and Flow automations, maintaining MCP and AI integrations, and designing SQL data pipelines. The role requires deep Salesforce administration, strong Apex and SQL skills, and an end-to-end systems mindset.

Responsibilities
- Administer the Salesforce organization, including the object model, data architecture, user configuration, and platform health.
- Build and maintain automations using Salesforce Flows, Apex, and custom services to support go-to-market processes end to end.
- Develop and maintain Salesforce MCP servers and AI tooling that extend CRM functionality into AI-powered workflows.
- Design and maintain SQL-based data pipelines that feed dashboards and revenue reporting.
- Translate ambiguous business problems into clear technical scope, from stakeholder discussions through implementation.
Requirements
- Salesforce administration experience with deep familiarity with the object model, Flows, data-loading tools, and platform configuration.
- Strong Apex development skills, including building, debugging, and maintaining custom logic, triggers, and integrations.
- SQL proficiency, including complex joins, aggregations, and pipeline logic.
- An end-to-end systems mindset, with the ability to trace fields through downstream dependencies and anticipate the impact of changes.
- Interest in modern tooling, AI-native systems, Salesforce, MCP, and AI agents.
Nice-to-haves
- Familiarity with dbt or modern data-transformation tooling.
- Experience with BI tools such as Sigma or Looker.
