Responsibilities
- Develop and execute go-to-market plans for product offerings, aligning with company objectives and revenue targets.
- Drive marketing for new product launches and feature releases in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Support product-led growth motions to increase product adoption and growth.
- Define positioning, messaging, and value propositions for key audiences, differentiating AI platform capabilities.
- Use data and customer insights to refine messaging, pricing, and product strategy.
- Develop sales collateral, presentations, and training materials for sales enablement.
- Collaborate with demand generation, lifecycle, and content marketing teams on campaigns that drive awareness and lead generation.
- Build expertise in industry trends, customer pain points, and buyer personas.
- Identify opportunities for differentiation and expansion.
- Represent the customer internally and help align product development with market needs.
- Partner with Product Managers to influence roadmap decisions using customer feedback and market insights.
- Collaborate with channel and partnership teams on co-marketing initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in product marketing.
- Strong ability to translate complex technical features into clear customer benefits.
- Proven experience driving go-to-market strategies, messaging, and sales enablement for enterprise or mid-market products.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with Product Directors and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities while maintaining a strategic perspective.
- Adaptability to changing market dynamics and organizational priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with AI-powered SaaS products, SaaS-enabled hardware, agentic or automated workflows, or fintech.
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual compensation range: $120,000–$191,000, depending on geographic zone and location.
- Certain roles may include restricted stock units as part of total compensation.
- Benefits may include health, pharmacy, optical, and dental care; paid time off; sick time off; short- and long-term disability coverage; life insurance; and 401(k) contributions, subject to eligibility requirements.
