Responsibilities
- Develop deep expertise in Commercial markets, buyers, competitive landscapes, and industry trends.
- Translate market insights into buyer personas, differentiated positioning, messaging, and product strategy.
- Develop and execute go-to-market plans for product, feature, and industry launches.
- Align Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Growth teams around audiences, messaging, enablement, and success metrics.
- Build sales enablement tools, content, training, and insights to help Sales and Customer Success position products and win business.
- Partner with Demand Generation on campaigns that drive awareness, pipeline, and adoption.
- Develop thought-leadership opportunities through webinars, conferences, speaking engagements, bylined content, public relations, and industry awards.
- Create presentations, talk tracks, collateral, and other content for audiences across the buyer journey.
- Track market, content, campaign, and enablement performance to optimize marketing impact and ROI.
Requirements
- 6+ years of product marketing experience, including buyer personas, product positioning and messaging, sales enablement, product launches, and go-to-market strategy.
- 5+ years developing product marketing content and sales assets, including buyer personas, presentations, product collateral, white papers, ebooks, reports, eGuides, and sales briefs.
- Proven experience owning go-to-market strategy for B2B SaaS products, from market and buyer insights through positioning, launch planning, enablement, and measurement.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technology and business concepts into compelling value propositions.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking, with the ability to use market, customer, and business data to inform decisions and measure marketing impact.
- Experience working in a B2B SaaS or similar technology environment and partnering cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing, and other teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
