Senior Product Marketing Manager
Own provider-focused product marketing at Grow Therapy, leading go-to-market strategy, positioning, launches, and lifecycle marketing to increase adoption. Responsibilities
- Build and execute go-to-market strategies for provider-facing product launches, including positioning, messaging, and supporting collateral.
- Develop and maintain provider segmentation and persona frameworks.
- Partner with Product to translate feature releases into narratives that drive provider awareness and product adoption.
- Own provider-facing marketing channels and lifecycle touchpoints across email, in-product, and community channels.
- Monitor provider feedback, market trends, and competitive activity to inform marketing strategy and product direction.
Requirements
- 3+ years of product marketing experience, ideally in a startup or high-growth environment.
- End-to-end go-to-market experience, including positioning, messaging, launch execution, and channel strategy.
- Experience owning email and in-product marketing channels.
- Ability to run experiments, interpret performance data, and iterate accordingly.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and user-focused communication skills.

- Base salary: $114,000–$133,000 annually.
