Job Duties and Responsibilities
Workflow Discovery and Process Mapping
- Work directly with GTM leaders and frontline users to understand current-state workflows, handoffs, blockers, and inconsistent source materials across the full GTM lifecycle.
GTM AI Product Ownership
- Own the GTM AI workflow backlog, prioritize use cases based on business value, and define what should be built locally versus escalated to the Enterprise AI Hub.
- Examples of likely priorities include account-brief generation, next-action support, pricing and profitability intelligence, in-call analysis, data-capture automation, and role-based coaching workflows.
Tool and Workflow Build
- Build or stand up simple functional prototypes, copilots, prompt flows, or no-code/low-code AI products and workflows that help GTM teams solve real problems.
- Leverage the Enterprise AI Hub where needed for shared-platform or more complex solution needs.
Context Stewardship and Trust Design
- Curate the source-of-truth inputs that power GTM AI workflows.
- Ensure approved messaging, account context, opportunity data, meeting notes, and supporting documents are structured in ways that reduce hallucination risk and preserve human review.
Stack and Data Fluency
- Partner with Sales Operations and Enterprise AI Hub to improve how GTM systems and data sources connect into AI workflows.
- Systems include Salesforce, Reltio-on-Reltio, conversation data, enablement content, and Google Drive context.
Pilot Execution and Measurement
- Launch narrow pilots, gather user feedback, track value metrics, and refine workflows before broader rollout.
Hub Partnership and Escalation
- Bring the Enterprise AI Hub clear requirements for shared connectors, reusable components, governance needs, and production hardening once local workflows prove value.
Adoption Partnership
- Support the Director, GTM AI & Transition Enablement so successful workflows are turned into scalable enablement, communications, and manager-led adoption motions.
AI Portfolio Governance
- Manage the GTM AI tool portfolio to prevent sprawl, duplicate solutions, stale content, and poor adoption.
- Drive a cohesive portfolio strategy and establish clear standards for intake, prioritization, build approval, ownership, quality control, discoverability, maintenance, and retirement.
Skills You Must Have
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Operations, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in B2B/SaaS GTM, Solutions Consulting, Revenue Operations, Customer Success, Enablement, Product Strategy, or similar roles with strong workflow and systems exposure.
- Builder Mindset: Hands-on curiosity for AI, strong willingness to experiment, and a track record of building or prototyping practical tools, workflows, or operating improvements.
- AI and Systems Fluency: Strong conceptual understanding of AI assistants, agents, prompts, grounding, context windows, and the business implications of how systems and connectors work together.
- Discovery and Prioritization Skills: Ability to ask strong questions, work across ambiguous stakeholder needs, and narrow broad demand into a high-value first workflow.
- Source-of-Truth and Trust Judgment: Good instincts for governed inputs, confidence cues, human review steps, and where automation should stop.
- Cross-Functional GTM Understanding: Ability to work across multiple customer-facing functions with different charters and data needs, from pipeline creation through post-sale execution.
- Bias Toward Action: Comfort shipping practical first versions quickly, learning from users, and iterating rather than waiting for perfect requirements or infrastructure.
Skills That Are Nice to Have
- Direct experience with Reltio, Salesforce, customer success platforms, or related GTM systems.
- Experience using low-code tools, simple scripting, HTML prototypes, or AI copilots to build proofs of concept.
- Experience with knowledge-management, account-planning, QBR, or seller-productivity workflows.
- Familiarity with change-management and rollout planning in partnership with enablement leaders.
