GTM Business Systems Engineer, Post Sales
Own and evolve post-sales business systems, building Salesforce applications and reliable integrations across revenue, data, billing, and commercial workflows. The role requires 7+ years of Salesforce experience, strong Apex and integration expertise, and systems architecture experience.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy applications on the Salesforce Platform.
- Design and operate reliable integrations between Salesforce, internal revenue applications, data systems, and adjacent business systems.
- Own data contracts, idempotency, error handling, reconciliation, and safe lifecycle changes for quotes, contracts, and subscriptions.
- Design, develop, and maintain solutions on iPaaS platforms such as Workato and Clay.
- Drive architecture patterns, tool usage, and scalable solution designs.
- Write and communicate technical specifications, including architecture, data model, process flow, and sequence diagrams.
- Own data integrity and assumptions within the assigned area.
- Participate in code reviews, on-call support, build issue resolution, and ideation.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience working with the Salesforce platform.
- 5+ years of experience in systems architecture and integrations.
- Strong experience with Apex and triggers.
- Experience with Python or other programming languages.
- Strong knowledge of Lightning Web Components.
- Strong experience designing APIs and Salesforce integrations.
- Knowledge of synchronous and asynchronous methods, Streaming API, publish/subscribe patterns, and architectural patterns.
- Familiarity with the broader go-to-market stack, including Gong, LeanData, CPQ, and billing systems.
- Working knowledge of data pipelines.
- Understanding or implementation experience with CI/CD processes.
- Understanding of Salesforce governance limits and code coverage.
- Ability to follow unit-testing best practices and code for positive and negative scenarios.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience using and evaluating AI-assisted development tools.
- Experience building and maintaining Salesforce applications with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and asynchronous processing.
- Experience with CPQ, pricing, contract lifecycle management, billing, subscriptions, or another Quote-to-Cash domain.
- Strong API and integration-design skills, including retries, duplicate events, partial failures, and data reconciliation.
- Ability to translate complex commercial requirements into durable system behavior with non-engineering teams.

Compensation and Benefits
- Annual salary range: $122,200–$183,400.
