Responsibilities
- Onboard and manage a team of researchers, including formal performance management, new-hire training, development, and direct team oversight.
- Develop a deep understanding of the internal technology platform and architecture and keep the team aligned as the platform evolves.
- Manage projects end to end to ensure client audiences are delivered on time, including team prioritization and strategies to reduce operational workload.
- Lead internal initiatives that improve research-team processes.
Requirements
- 3+ years of work experience, including 1+ year of people-management experience with an early-career team.
- Experience assessing and managing team performance and coaching and training team members on best practices.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment while managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Self-starter mentality.
Compensation
- Base salary: $75,000-$90,000.
- Annual cash bonus and equity compensation are also provided.
- The stated salary range applies to candidates located in the New York City area.
