Responsibilities
- Own high-impact, 0-to-1 operational initiatives end-to-end, from problem investigation and work-plan development through strategic execution.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and design scalable processes across Sales, Operations, Data Analytics, Finance, and other cross-functional teams.
- Analyze raw business data using Excel, SQL, and other systems to identify patterns and translate findings into recommendations for executive leadership.
- Evaluate trade-offs between strategic goals and technical or financial constraints.
- Communicate progress, maintain executive alignment, and guide teams through process changes.
- Anticipate technical bottlenecks and keep cross-functional initiatives moving.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in business operations or a highly strategic cross-functional operations role in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets.
- Comfort using SQL to query databases, join tables, and extract insights.
- BA or BS degree, or equivalent practical experience.
- Systems-thinking, critical-thinking, curiosity, decisiveness, and strong collaboration skills.
- Experience in business operations or strategic program management in a high-growth technology environment.
- Experience driving organizational change management alongside system or process rollouts.
Compensation
- Pay range: $81,000–$180,000 USD.
