Responsibilities
- Shape operational strategy by designing and scaling systems, workflows, and tooling aligned with company goals.
- Build data architecture and implement automated systems that make operations proactive and scalable.
- Lead high-impact, cross-functional Operations projects from roadmap through implementation.
- Coordinate Operations, Customer Experience, Finance, and Marketing teams.
- Run focused stand-ups and maintain execution momentum and accountability.
- Identify automation, tooling, and process improvements that reduce manual work and unlock scale.
- Solve complex operational challenges and turn data into actionable insights.
- Create documentation, SOPs, and operational frameworks to support knowledge transfer and sustainable implementation.
- Validate new processes through methodical testing to ensure successful deployment.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Operations, Supply Chain, and e-commerce fulfillment in growth environments.
- Proven success leading complex, high-impact Operations projects from conception through implementation.
- Hands-on approach to operational problem-solving and execution.
- Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite and operational technology such as Pigment, SPS Commerce, and transportation management systems.
- Strong strategic systems thinking and ability to execute detailed solutions.
- Ability to cross-train and step into adjacent roles to maintain organizational stability.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Comfort working in ambiguous, solutions-focused environments.
- Experience creating effective SOPs and operational frameworks.

- Colorado-based candidates: $90,000–$110,000 based on experience.
- California-based candidates: $160,000–$200,000 based on experience.
