Responsibilities
- Support the launch and operation of physical therapy clinics across U.S. markets.
- Prepare new clinic spaces and coordinate vendors.
- Serve as the primary local point of contact for therapists.
- Resolve platform, scheduling, physical, and administrative issues, including access, supplies, keycards, and room bookings.
- Collaborate with Support, Marketing, and Provider Success teams.
- Travel to other U.S. markets and remain onsite for several weeks or months during launches.
- Develop durable, repeatable operational solutions and processes.
- Use dashboards and office performance data to track slot data, provider sign-ups, and office misuse.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience in multi-site operations, clinic operations, facilities, hospitality, retail, events, or related physical-location support.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to resolve therapist platform and scheduling issues empathetically.
- Proficiency with Google Sheets and basic data visualization.
- Ability to learn new software platforms quickly.
- Ability to independently identify and resolve operational roadblocks.
- Willingness and ability to travel and work onsite during clinic launches.

Compensation and Benefits
- Annual salary range of $91,000–$106,400.
- Remote work environment for employees based in the United States; Hawaii is excluded.
