Senior Associate, Payer Strategy & Ops
Owns commercial KPI dashboards, competitive intelligence, reporting, payer enablement, and operational processes for a fast-moving healthcare partnerships organization. The role requires 2–4 years of strategy or strategy and operations experience, strong operational execution, analytical problem-solving, and fluent, critical use of AI tools.

Responsibilities
- Own production of commercial KPI and competitive intelligence dashboards.
- Coordinate the commercial reporting cycle.
- Build and maintain payer enablement documentation and knowledge-management infrastructure.
- Support the operational backbone of the payer commercial team's talent processes.
- Lead the quarterly rate and competitor intelligence audit.
- Direct AI tools, pressure-test their outputs, and own resulting recommendations.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in strategy, management consulting, or a similar strategy and operations role.
- Experience owning complex analytical and operational problems end-to-end.
- Strong operational organization and ability to manage many moving pieces.
- Fluency with AI tools, including critical evaluation of their limitations.
- Resourcefulness and a scrappy, thorough approach.

- Base pay range: $90,440–$133,000.
