Manages the physical readiness and daily operations of multiple Northern California clinics, supports therapists and patients, and leads new-site launches. Responsibilities
- Own the physical readiness and daily management of Northern California clinic locations.
- Directly support therapists in the field and manage day-to-day clinic operations.
- Lead hands-on setup and launches of new clinic spaces.
- Ensure daily clinic operations run smoothly, reliably, and efficiently for providers and patients.
- Identify and resolve physical or administrative roadblocks, including access controls, lost keycards, inventory, and room bookings, using durable and scalable solutions.
- Serve as the primary local point of contact for therapists and resolve platform and scheduling issues.
- Collaborate with Support, Marketing, and Provider Success teams.
- Use dashboards to report on slot data, track provider sign-ups, and identify office misuse to inform targeted outreach strategies.
- Commute regularly across clinic locations in San Francisco, Oakland, San Jose, and Sacramento.
- Be in-office up to five days per week, with schedules flexing based on site launches, provider onboarding, and operational needs.
- Travel up to approximately 75% to lead on-the-ground launches for new clinic locations outside Northern California.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on operational experience in office operations, property management, event management, or customer service.
- Demonstrated ability to independently identify and resolve physical or administrative roadblocks.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to serve as a primary local contact and empathetically resolve platform and scheduling issues.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and basic data visualization.
- Ability and eagerness to quickly learn proprietary software and operational tools.
- Must reside in the San Francisco Bay Area and have reliable transportation for regular travel across clinic locations.
Nice-to-Haves
- 1+ year of experience managing physical spaces such as offices, clinics, events, hotels, or coworking spaces.

Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $91,000–$106,400.
- Remote work environment for employees based in the United States; Hawaii is currently excluded.
