Responsibilities
- Drive and evolve Fin’s IT onboarding program, partnering with HR, IT Operations, and functional teams to deliver a consistent experience at scale.
- Design and deliver IT awareness and education campaigns covering productivity tools and AI-powered platforms.
- Lead communication, enablement, and training for new technology rollouts to reduce friction and drive adoption.
- Own the communications strategy for enterprise technology, making technical topics accessible and engaging.
- Build relationships with cross-functional stakeholders to shape and prioritize the IT Education Program.
- Track adoption, engagement, and program effectiveness; use data and feedback to improve programs.
- Stay current with AI and workplace tooling and assess the direction of IT enablement in an AI-first environment.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in program management, learning and development, or employee enablement, ideally spanning people-facing programs and technology or IT environments.
- Experience running onboarding, education, or awareness programs end-to-end, from design through delivery and measurement.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to make complex topics clear and compelling.
- Strong stakeholder management skills across individual contributor and senior leadership audiences.
- Self-directed and autonomous, with the ability to manage programs with minimal direction.
- Strong project and program management fundamentals and the ability to manage multiple workstreams.
- Comfort working in fast-paced technology environments amid change and ambiguity.
Nice to Have
- Hands-on experience with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini.
- Experience in IT or technology teams, or delivering IT enablement and digital adoption programs.
- Experience creating enablement content with Canva, Loom, or Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with digital adoption platforms or learning management systems such as Sana.
- Experience in change management or organizational communications.
- Ability to pull and interpret program metrics and create stakeholder reporting.
