People Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage programs and initiatives across the global HR roadmap.
• Build project plans, milestones, workstreams, and clear ownership.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution across HR, Finance, Legal, IT, and other teams.
• Drive project governance, decisions, risk management, dependency tracking, and stakeholder alignment.
• Create repeatable workflows and tools that help HR execute at scale.
• Independently drive complex, multi-stakeholder projects from start to finish.
• Create structure and momentum in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
• Produce clear plans, updates, and documentation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in project or program management in a fast-moving, high-growth organization.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong systems for managing work.
• Ability to build new processes and workflows rather than only operate existing ones.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to create alignment without relying on authority.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Collaborative, low-ego, team-oriented approach.
