Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate delivery of agentic workflows for national security customers.
- Drive innovation and transformation by solving technical and operational problems for public sector customers.
- Create or improve technical solutions using data, analytics, and technical expertise.
- Transition AI/ML technologies and processes into working public sector products and solutions.
- Partner with engineering, operations, and public sector teams to build AI systems for government use cases in computer vision and generative AI.
- Lead cross-functional teams toward customer AI/ML objectives.
- Manage customer health by identifying and preempting risks.
- Develop repeatable approaches to customer success and issue resolution.
- Address engineering problems with product development teams.
Requirements
- Active TS/SCI clearance.
- 3+ years of experience in stakeholder management or customer-facing roles.
- Technical background through education or professional experience in computer science, statistics, or engineering.
- Deep understanding of generative AI/ML fundamentals, including RAG, evaluations, and agent orchestration.
- Structured, analytics-driven problem-solving experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work at a cleared facility in the greater Boston area at least three days per week.
- Willingness to travel at least 25% of the time, with occasional surge periods of 50%.
Nice-to-Haves
- Aerospace manufacturing experience.
- Exposure to CAD product lifecycle management ecosystems, configuration management, engineering drawing standards, and digital twin concepts.
- Experience with legacy aircraft sustainment or maintenance, repair, and overhaul programs.
- 10+ years of professional experience, preferably in customer-facing technical program management in industry or government.
- Experience at an API technology company or managing technical API customers.
- Python or other programming experience.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary: $138,400–$208,000 USD.
- Equity compensation may be available for eligible roles.

- Some roles may include additional benefits such as a commuter stipend.
