Responsibilities
- Partner with Software Engineers and Engineering Managers to define project scope, track dependencies, remove blockers, and drive multidisciplinary teams to completion.
- Develop roadmaps for operational programs and translate sparse requirements into technical solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Build automation workflows, workflow agents, and self-service tools using engineering systems such as AWS, Salesforce, Fivetran, Jira, and GitHub.
- Define, collect, and sanitize usage data; design business intelligence visualizations to support data-driven decisions and measure program impact.
- Synthesize complex project information into clear narratives and present deliverables to engineering leadership and stakeholders.
- Break technical solutions into milestones and execute programs using project management best practices.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience as a Technical Program Manager or in a similar technical program/project management function.
- Background in software development or deep understanding of software engineering platforms and infrastructure architecture.
- Domain expertise and working Python knowledge related to data structures, distributed systems, and business intelligence data analysis.
- Proficiency with tools such as Jira, GitHub, AWS, Salesforce, or Fivetran.
- Ability to build modular data preparations and clear visualizations.
- Strong relationship-building, prioritization, technical communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Authorization to work in the United States without restrictions; employment visa sponsorship is not available.
Compensation and Benefits
- Expected salary range: $140,000–$215,000.
