Responsibilities
- Drive innovation and transformation by solving technical and operational challenges for public-sector customers.
- Create or improve technical solutions using relevant concepts, tools, and expertise.
- Use data, analytics, and technical expertise to align internal resources and build customer-value tools.
- Transition AI/ML technologies and processes into working public-sector products and solutions amid ambiguity.
- Partner with engineering, operations, and public-sector teams to deliver AI systems for government use cases in computer vision and generative AI.
- Lead cross-functional teams against customer AI/ML objectives.
- Manage customer health by identifying and preempting risks.
- Develop repeatable approaches to customer success and solve issues affecting future customers.
- Address engineering problems with product development teams.
Requirements
- Active TS/SCI clearance.
- 3+ years of stakeholder management or customer-facing experience.
- Technical background through education or professional experience in computer science, statistics, or engineering.
- Strong understanding of generative AI/ML fundamentals, including retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), evaluations, and agent orchestration.
- Structured, analytics-driven problem-solving experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work at a cleared facility in the greater Boston area at least three days per week.
- Willingness to travel at least 25% of the time, with occasional periods of 50% travel.
Nice to Have
- Aerospace manufacturing experience.
- Exposure to CAD product lifecycle management ecosystems, configuration management, engineering drawing standards, and digital twin concepts.
- Experience with legacy aircraft sustainment or maintenance, repair, and overhaul programs.
- 10+ years of professional experience, particularly in customer-facing technical program management in industry or government.
- Experience at an API technology company or managing technical API customers.
- Proficiency in Python or another programming language.
Compensation
- Base salary range: $138,400–$249,000 USD.
- Compensation may include equity and benefits such as health, dental, and vision coverage, retirement benefits, learning and development support, and paid time off.
