Client Delivery Manager leading complex healthcare client programs from kickoff through go-live, coordinating Product, Operations, Engineering, Marketing, and Clinical teams. Responsibilities
- Implement and launch client projects end-to-end, from kickoff through go-live.
- Surface risks to the critical path early and hold cross-functional workstream owners accountable.
- Represent the client’s voice across Product, Operations, Engineering, Marketing, and Clinical teams.
- Create cross-team alignment and drive complex problems to resolution.
- Manage frontline stakeholder relationships with leaders from major healthcare and technology brands.
- Manage project scope and identify emerging risks and opportunities.
- Anticipate client needs and establish a path from early market entry to high-volume care delivery programs.
Requirements
- 5+ years in a client-facing role in a healthcare setting.
- Experience working directly with C-suite executives and enterprise brands.
- Track record of running complex, cross-functional projects and keeping them on schedule.
- Strong understanding of the care delivery lifecycle.
- Comfort using rich data sources to tell a story, navigate dashboards, build visualizations, and identify emerging trends and risks.
