  • Improve collaboration and delivery practices through effective tools, structure, and repeatable processes.
  • Champion adoption of AI, automation, and scalable ways of working.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of program and project management experience in a cloud or SaaS environment supporting technology teams.
  • Ability to engage with technical details, guide discussions, and adapt communication for different audiences.
  • Ability to operate autonomously and create clarity in ambiguous situations.
  • Track record of fostering knowledge-sharing and transparency through collaboration.
  • Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools, including Asana, Google Workspace, Zoom, Notion, and Figma.

Nice-to-haves

  • PMP certification.
  • Scrum certification.
  • Experience with quote-to-cash business systems, including billing platforms, Salesforce, or NetSuite.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Annual base salary: $140,000–$245,000 USD.
