Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of commercial customer programs and partnerships, managing scope, schedules, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder alignment across multiple accounts.
- Translate technical requirements into executable plans and manage milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.
- Drive alignment across engineering, product, sales, and business development teams through stand-ups, milestone reviews, retrospectives, and blocker resolution.
- Serve as the day-to-day liaison for customer program and technical leads; lead syncs, technical deep dives, and program reviews.
- Create and maintain program plans, performance reports, integration documentation, customer briefings, decision records, scope documentation, and change requests.
- Support business growth by scoping opportunities, shaping proposals, refining delivery models, and defining technical execution strategies.
Requirements
- 5+ years managing complex software, aerospace, or cloud-based programs for commercial customers.
- Experience as a Program Manager, Technical Program Manager, or equivalent.
- Ability to work with engineering and product teams to translate requirements into technical delivery plans.
- Fluency in Agile and Waterfall frameworks, with the ability to adapt to hybrid execution environments.
- Strong relationship management and communication skills with technical and business stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented and able to identify and resolve risks, gaps, and dependencies.
- Must meet applicable U.S. export authorization requirements under ITAR.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with space systems, ground software, or mission operations.
- Experience in fast-moving dual-use technology environments involving commercial and government-adjacent customers.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: $150,000-$175,000 annually.
