Own end-to-end delivery of complex human data and annotation programs for AI customers, translating ML requirements into scalable workflows while managing quality, throughput, timelines, and distributed annotator performance. Requires 3–7 years of operational and analytical experience plus Python or SQL proficiency.

Responsibilities
- Own delivery of multiple human data projects end to end, including throughput, quality, and timelines.
- Translate machine learning requirements into annotation workflows, standards, instructions, and measurable acceptance criteria.
- Resolve annotation ambiguity and edge cases while refining processes through audits and structured feedback loops.
- Train, coach, and performance-manage distributed annotator teams; assign tasks and manage project queues.
- Measure workforce performance and make evidence-based decisions about retraining and project assignments.
- Define sampling plans and reviewer ratios with the Quality Systems Lead.
- Produce customer delivery reporting and surface risks early.
- Partner with Product and Engineering on process, tooling, training, playbook, and platform improvements.
Requirements
- 3–7 years of professional experience, ideally in AI data or annotation operations, strategy consulting, or data and operations roles at technology companies.
- Experience owning complex, multi-stakeholder workflows end to end.
- Working proficiency in Python or SQL.
- Direct experience managing, coaching, or performance-managing a distributed workforce.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain quality and throughput simultaneously, supported by measurable results.
- Experience translating detailed technical specifications into clear instructions.
- Strong analytical, organizational, writing, and cross-functional communication skills.
- Interest in AI and the purpose of the data being produced.
