Responsibilities
- Work directly with customers to deploy, integrate, and operationalize vehicle intelligence products.
- Address technical challenges spanning software engineering, operating system configuration, system deployment, and hardware integration.
- Bridge customer-built systems and company solutions to deliver tangible value.
- Design and implement scalable, consistent approaches for customer engagement and project execution.
- Develop architectural solutions that improve consistency and scalability across projects.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and customer teams to ensure successful outcomes.
- Own technical outcomes and drive projects to completion while adapting to changing requirements and priorities.
Requirements
- Strong engineering background, preferably in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Aerospace Engineering.
- Proficiency in C++ and Python.
- Broad technical experience across software engineering, operating systems, and hardware.
- Experience supporting integration and deployment of complex systems.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in ambiguous, rapidly evolving environments.
- Excellent communication skills and focus on solving customer problems.
- Experience driving customer engagements and success.
- Willingness to travel between company offices and customer sites.
Nice-to-haves
- Prior experience working with customers.
- Familiarity with system architecture and designing scalable solutions.
- Experience in automotive, robotics, defense, or adjacent industries.
Compensation
- Annual salary range: $130,000-$200,000.
