Responsibilities
- Lead deep project scoping to uncover root causes, document risks, and define execution parameters.
- Drive multi-phase technical initiatives across international regions, establishing working groups and cross-functional alignment.
- Audit legacy operational processes, map current and ideal-state workflows, and create documentation for post-launch stability.
- Query business data using SQL, BI tools, and data warehouses to diagnose operational bottlenecks and verify data integrity.
- Build visual narratives and communicate data-driven insights to leadership.
- Build trusted cross-functional partnerships and resolve blockers without direct authority.
- Run controlled experiments against baselines to develop repeatable execution patterns.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business operations, program management, or technical project management within a fast-paced technology company.
- High data literacy, including experience interrogating datasets, tracking data lineage, and using BI tools or modern data warehouses.
- Proactive problem-solving mindset with clear ownership, definitive timelines, and thorough documentation.
- Proven ability to build cross-functional trust and unblock operational challenges.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
