- Engineer and maintain innovative, customer-centric, high-performance, secure, and robust solutions.
- Tackle complex engineering challenges and develop scalable solutions.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to understand requirements, contribute to architectural decisions, and deliver high-quality solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Review and provide feedback on code, features, technology, architecture, and designs.
- Drive standards for code quality and testing across the product.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering technical excellence, best practices, and continuous learning.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, architecture diagrams, and test plans.
- Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in the fintech industry.
- Design, develop, and maintain robust payment systems while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 6+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Java, Python, or similar programming languages.
- Experience designing and developing scalable distributed systems or SaaS platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with Python, Django, MongoDB, and AWS.
- Experience working in a high-performance organization, preferably a technology startup.
