GTM Strategy & Ops Lead
Leads GTM strategy and operations for the APJ region, building forecasting, territory, quota, and performance infrastructure from scratch. The role partners with senior leadership, drives strategic analysis, and hires and manages a regional operations team.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the embedded GTM strategy and operations partner for the APJ sales and GTM organization.
- Build operating infrastructure from scratch, including forecasting cadences, pipeline reviews, territory design, quota frameworks, and performance visibility.
- Lead regional business reviews and strategic analyses to identify trends, surface opportunities, and inform leadership decisions.
- Partner with GTM leadership and Finance, Enablement, and Data stakeholders on go-to-market strategy and resource planning for ANZ and APJ.
- Design and manage territory allocation and provide data-driven recommendations to improve sales performance.
- Lead high-impact projects that improve efficiency and effectiveness across the APJ revenue organization.
- Connect the APJ GTM team with global revenue operations and strategy functions.
- Hire and lead a team across APJ.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in revenue operations or GTM strategy at a high-growth technology company, with significant sales operations experience.
- Experience serving as a strategic business partner to GTM leadership and influencing priorities and decisions.
- Experience building operational infrastructure in an early-stage or rapidly scaling environment.
- Experience at a SaaS or consumption-based company, including understanding of forecasting, metrics, and territory design.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Experience building territories, compensation plans, and quotas for GTM teams.
- Fluency in Salesforce.
