Responsibilities
- Review and approve insertion orders, ensuring data accuracy and integrity across platforms.
- Review annual agreements and make informed decisions to facilitate deal closure within established guidelines, company policies, and legal standards.
- Oversee month-end close activities, including account reconciliations.
- Satisfy quarterly and annual audit requirements for internal and external auditors.
- Monitor order-management compliance, identify non-compliance, recommend corrective actions, and reinforce internal controls and policies.
- Ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley 404 requirements for revenue accounting; implement and enhance controls as needed.
- Address complex inquiries and resolve order and annual-agreement issues for internal teams and external partners.
- Use AI to optimize processes.
- Identify and implement process and system improvements, including defining and testing enhancements in Salesforce, JIRA, and reporting systems.
- Maintain accurate, current, and user-friendly process documentation for order management and revenue workflows.
- Build collaborative relationships with Sales, Sales Enablement, Sales Strategy & Operations, Revenue, and IT teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, a related subject, or equivalent work experience.
- 4+ years of experience in revenue operations, order management, deal management, sales support, or similar roles; advertising or SaaS exposure is preferred.
- Experience with Salesforce.
- Curiosity about and practical application of AI to improve productivity and streamline workflows.
- Understanding of revenue recognition guidance, including ASC 606.
- Experience analyzing high-volume, multi-currency transactions in a global business environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
- Advanced Excel knowledge.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Ability to identify, design, and implement internal controls and best practices.
Compensation
- Base salary range: €54,933–€96,133, plus equity eligibility.
