Supports engineering intern and new graduate hiring through full-cycle recruiting, university programs, team matching, and recruiting events. The role requires experience advising engineering leaders, managing high-volume technical recruiting, and using AI to improve recruiting processes.

Responsibilities

  • Advise and partner with managers and directors in the Engineering organization as a talent advisor.
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing through closing, for technical intern and new graduate candidates.
  • Partner with the university recruiting team on team matching and candidate allocation.
  • Manage high-volume recruiting while maintaining excellent candidate experience and data integrity.
  • Support intern programs, recruiting events, and early-career recruiting initiatives.

Requirements

  • Experience partnering with senior engineering leaders as a talent advisor.
  • Track record of sourcing, screening, and closing early-career technical candidates.
  • Commitment to providing a high-quality candidate experience.
  • Ability to develop efficient, effective recruiting processes for a high-volume, diverse candidate pool.
  • Comfort using AI to improve personal productivity and recruiting programs at scale.

Compensation

  • Hourly contract role intended for September through February; the contract may be shortened or extended.
  • Pay ranges by compensation zone: $30–$45 USD (Zone 4), $35–$50 USD (Zone 3), $40–$55 USD (Zone 2), and $50–$60 USD (Zone 1).
  • Total compensation may also include an annual performance bonus, equity, and benefits.
