Responsibilities
- Coordinate phone screens, assessments, panel interviews, and other interview stages across candidates, interviewers, time zones, and changing priorities.
- Provide candidates and interview teams with timely information and support throughout the recruiting process.
- Resolve scheduling conflicts, process gaps, and delays proactively.
- Deliver a thoughtful, consistent, and high-touch candidate experience.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition Partners, sourcers, hiring managers, interview teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Support interview logistics, pre-briefs, debriefs, process questions, and other coordination needs.
- Maintain accurate recruiting data, candidate records, interview plans, workflows, and documentation.
- Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements to recruiting workflows and coordination processes.
- Support recruiting technology, reporting, documentation, automation, and AI-enabled tools.
- Contribute to talent acquisition programs, employer brand initiatives, referrals, recruiting events, templates, and team knowledge.
Requirements
- Experience in recruiting coordination, Talent Acquisition, People Operations, or a similarly fast-paced, highly organized environment.
- Ability to manage complex scheduling across multiple stakeholders, priorities, and time zones.
- Strong organizational, prioritization, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive problem-solving skills, sound judgment, ownership, urgency, and adaptability.
- Experience with recruiting systems and collaboration tools such as Greenhouse, ModernLoop, Google Workspace, and Slack.
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting recruiting in a high-growth or globally distributed technology company.
- Experience coordinating technical, go-to-market, or executive interview processes.
- Experience improving recruiting workflows or coordination processes.
- Comfort using data, automation, or AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency.
- Track record of creating an exceptional candidate and hiring-team experience.
Compensation
- CAD $53–$60 per hour.
- This is a contract position and is not eligible for the full-time exempt benefits package.
